Telstra organized a series of events of their trade network. We managed the event sign-up online, and mail send-out workflow.
- Telstra affiliates register for the event.
- Affiliates can nominate upto 20 attendees.
- A confirmation email is sent out to the affiliate and the nominated attendees.
- On the day prior to the event, an SMS reminder is sent out to the attendees.
- Administrators can view event attendee lists, and flag those who have attended so that they are not included in the next campaign.
- Administrators can also upload image photographs to the site.
- Two days after the event, a thank you email is sent to all the attendees with a link to the image gallery.
