We designed and developed a complete web-based workflow for this Australian bank to tele-market insurance products to their existing customer base.

The workflow automation included:

  • Import existing customer lists
  • Compare against internal and external do not call lists
  • Send to call center database
  • Create call center process flow screens, including product selection
  • Collect sale data keyed in at call center, including look up into existing bank account details
  • Manage call lists
  • Create reports for sales, call efficiency and call audits
